Announcement of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange
Pursuant to the Regulations of the People’s Republic of China on Foreign Exchange Administration and the relevant regulations, the State Administration of Foreign Exchange has formulated the Regulations on Foreign Exchange Administration of Overseas Portfolio Investments by Qualified Domestic Institutional Investors, which are hereby promulgated and shall enter into effect as of the date of promulgation.
