Administrator Pan Gongsheng Meets with Morgan Stanley President Colm Kelleher
On February 18, 2016, Pan Gongsheng, Deputy Governor of the People's Bank of China and Administrator of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange (SAFE), met with Colm Kelleher, President at Morgan Stanley, in Beijing. The two sides exchanged ideas on various issues, such as the world economy, China's economy, recent fluctuations in the global financial markets and monetary policies of major economies.
