On March 16, 2017, Pan Gongsheng, deputy governor of the People's Bank of China and administrator of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange (SAFE), met Martin Wolf, chief economics commentator at the Financial Times, the UK. Mr. Wolf held a lecture at the SAFE on the evolution of globalization and its impact on China.
